A little story about myself. I was born in Bombardopolis, Haiti. Bombardopolis is a village in Nord-Ouest. I left Bombardopolis at the age of 4 to go live in Port-Au-Prince where I was raised until I was 12 years old. I migrated to Florida at 12 years old and I’ve been living there since. I graduated high school in 2010. Then I graduated with my Associate degree from Broward College in 2013. I am currently pursuing my BSnin psychology at FAU
My main languages are Creole and English. I understand French, but I don’t speak it. Or at least fluently. My skills include knowing how to use computers and I dance.
How would you describe your beauty?
I would describe my beauty as exquisite and different. My eyes, my lips, my mouth, my nose, my ears, what can I say about them? I love them all.
What’s your favorite body part and why?
My favorite body part is my lips. Because I love the way it is shaped and the curves it forms when I smile.
Can you cook? If you can what’s your specialty? If not, why?
Honestly, I don’t really like cooking. But I can cook. And I would surprise you if I’m really hungry.
When and how did I get involved in the model field and who inspired you?
I believe I got involved at the age of 14. I got persuaded into joining a modeling class which my dad spent a lot of money on. I believe the class lasted 6 months. I’ve learned a lot from the class such as walking the runway, makeup, and posing for pictures. You could say that I was inspired by Tyra Banks.
What do you do besides modeling?
I go to school. I am working toward getting my BS in psychology.
What are your achievements in the mannequin field?
My achievements, there’s really not much to say. I am a work in progress. I’ve been featured in a couple of videos, but they are upcoming artists. Honestly, I am a little laid-back in the industry because I am focusing on school. I will be graduated with my AA for psychology very soon.
What are your future goals?
As for future goals, there is so much coming. You better believe it. My sister is a writer. We are planning to make movies together. Also, I love to dance as a hobby. African music to be exact. You can go to my YouTube channel to watch my video or simply click this link
What qualities a model must have?
They must be diverse, open-minded, and attentive. They must know how to improvise and make room for new ideas.
How would you describe beauty, love and elegance?
I define beauty: as something that comes from within. Something that is not just on the surface, but you have to show people. For example, having a good education is a beauty, having compassion and showing somebody that you care is a beauty. And then there is the beauty of having a nice personality.
Love:, one simple word with a million of definition. I would say too much if I try to define love in my own words but truly, pure love comes from God. Love is having a good heart that is willing to put others before you.
Elegance is in the way you carry yourself. It is carrying yourself charmingly but respectively.
If you ever venture back to Haiti, what would you like to experience again?
If I ever ventured back to Haiti, I would like to experience the richness of the beaches, the rivers, going to La Ville to buy food from the streets. I believe they call it “Chen janbe”. And I would love to play the games I used to play when I was a child. Games such as “sote kòd”, “lago kache” and such.
The youth culture is suffering in Haiti. How do you feel about this?
The youth culture is suffering in Haiti, I feel terrible about this because the youth and the children are our future. If they are suffering, then the future of Haiti is in jeopardy. I would love if the government could take responsibility in helping the youth, giving them the opportunity so they could be encouraged to work for a better future.
